Was very dissapointed to hear from my travel agent that AA will not give anyone an extra luggage allowance when flying to Bali, even though the items are for an orphanage. They are happy to charge you $18.00 a kilo excess. I am dissapointed and will not be flying with them again. First and last time for me. Garuda all the way nexy trip.
