cultural/language misunderstanding that has the balinese taking what you say literally when thats not how it was meant. An example of this (totally unrelated) is saying "ok then I'll see you later" and you get quizzed about when, where and what time exactly when really it was just a figure of speech and you werent setting up a meeting just saying goodbye.
