questions; Can't help with best currency for travellers chqs as we take cash, you will have no problem changing sterling in Bali as long as if notes they are undamaged and new-looking. There are a heap of us going from Aus in June and the nightlife is great all year long. Best way to sight see would be hire a driver and car, approx 400,000rph for full day. The drivers are great and very easygoing and helpful. Malaria not a problem in Bali but check if you are visiting other areas in Asia.
