hi. went on a 40km bike ride last year. It was a great way to see the country side. Don't worry all downhill. There's also a support bus that follows you so if you are tired you can load the bike into the bus and drive back. You start up on top of a mountain were you have breakfast in front of the best view ever. Well worth it!!!!!
There are two bike rides available and I can't remember the name of the one I went to but if you go to Bali Brumby and ask Putu about the bike ride paula went on before her wedding he will be able to give you the name and organise it for you as well. if you want the address of his shop drop me a line.
