10-13 for small bottle Bintang (but usually bought the large anyway)
can't help on the Heineken, large bottle of Carlsberg was 19 000rp
Gin and Tonic was paying 25 000 rp.
This was mainly in Sanur, cant offer any advice as to the "other side" of the island though.
