Bali Drink Prices

Hi All

A guide from forumites on the current low end and top end prices in Bali for the following drinks would be appreciated (as these are my usual drink choices)

1. Small bottle Bintang
2. Small bottle of imported beer (eg Heineken)
3. Gin and Tonic

If you know the shops/venues that are the cheapest or most expensive in relation to the above, that would be appreciated too.
