You really have no idea, village people make money by loading sand onto lorry's at RP7000 per lorry for this they have to make themselves available some days they get the chance to load a lorry other days they don't.
they don't have enough money to feed their children properly many have to put their children in an orphanage just to get them food a girl we saved with antibiotics recently was telling us that a bowl of rice was a special treat she was talking about the occasional 2 kilo's of rice we give her mother from rice donations from people of this forum, and 2 packets of instant noodles that are meant for a snack for one person are shared between six people two adults and four children this is considered a treat
there is no way that the people we try to help can go to a doctor unless we pay for them to go and then if we pay for the doctor they could not pay for the medicine he prescribes.
Rather than just post links that have no relevance to a third world country why don't you take the trouble to go and look for your self like a lot of people of this forum have done so you can understand how lucky you are to be able to get the medical attention that so many people in this world can only dream about.
It is all too easy to sit in your chair in you nanny state where you are handed every thing on a plate
