as a prophylatic (sp?) for malaria. But you wont need it in Bali.
Once, many years ago, when I was on medication for a stomach ailment, I DID have to take anti-biotics with me, but that was simply because the likelihood of me catching anything was greater.
If you get ill in Bali, you can go to any apotek,and get some antibiotics.
