Please do not take your own antibiotics and self treat. If your doctor was happy to supply antibiotics for an unknown illness for use by an unsighted person he is irresponsible and I for one would be changing doctors. The service of doctors and appropriate medicine is readily available over there. If you are sensible enough to have travel insurance this cost is always claimable.
