so i hope you dont mind me answering Tina and sorry to Heatherbelle for butting in, but i also agree Ketupat was one of my favourite restaurants in bali, we went their three times in our two weeks it was that good. The satay is the best ive eaten and also i had a lime beef curry which i cant remember the name of and it was amazing. Ketupat is located about 100m from McDonalds towards the Kuta end of Jl. Legian, same side of street as Mcdonalds too. There was a sign and a waitress at a small booth with a menu out the fornt to help lead you down the driveway to the restaurant. Two out of the three taxi drivers we got to take us there new where it was. You should defiantely go there, its well worth it.
