Your driver was Made Wira Sanjaya, our friend and driver when we are there.(I see you have put his contact details in a post above; that is how I know it was him). He is about the same age as my girls too, and we heartily recommend him whenever we can, as you could not meet a nicer young man. He comes swimming with us too, and helps me heaps with learning Indonesian. He has always been reliable and punctual, and it is really more like spending the day with a friend than a driver when we head off exploring for the day! We are going back in July and look forward to seeing him again.
Sorry to hear you had a sore throat etc while you were there. That has happened to me too one trip, and I suspect it is all that recycled air in the airplane heading over there -giving me someone else's bugs!
