Bali is a nice place to visit. The culture there is so different from my own country. I prefer going places like Ubud or Kintamani where you could see quite a number of things along your journey there.Too bad, I dint have enough time to drop by Besakih Temple and beaches like Lovina and Nusa lembongan.
The best part was that this was my first time going for sunbathing.
We went for this Geger Beach. After went for the traditional massage by the seaside, we went for swimming and sunbathing in bikinis like nobody business.
Nice feeling and I dont feel like going home! The beach wasnt as
impressive as in Redang but the environment there was a plus to me!
The second thing was the bargaining part...Hahaha...It was funny I
would say..But, I pity those traders also cos we marked down
the price so darn low..hahahha..
The last thing was the driver which we got the number from this forum
. Nice chap man! We treated him like any of our friends. Took
pic with him, snorkelling and you know went swimming with us...it was really nice.. and the best part we are the same age! He told us that he enjoyed being with us too.. We talked alot..learnt and laughed at each other's languages...hahhaha..
I had a bad sore throat and cough during the trip but I dint give it
a damn! (Sorry to be rude).Tried babi guling and I love it! That's
the only thing we tried..Not enough time to do so much things but at
least we were really happy for the whole trip man..We definitely had
a great time!
But, it was really scary to walk in the middle of the night.As all of us are girls, those Indons sitting and squatting along the pathway kept disturbing us..
Ya, I love Kintamani so much..The lake is so beautiful...Cant imagine if I were to stay near to the lake.It would be simply amazing !
But I dint feel the real backpacking kind of experience as we
depended too much on the driver..
