Have you looked at the Bali Ayu in Seminyak? Their Villas have private garden courtyard for each pair of villas (one upstairs)
The rooms are spacious and clean with air conditioning, TV and DVD, fridge and gas hotplate, a bath and shower-over plus separate shower. It's peaceful and relaxing. The pool (large) was sparkling clean. We had to ourselves most nights. Although it is large it is set in a very private enclosure with pretty garden walls. Great value for money...we paid AU$70 for the whole week! and that included breakfast and airport transfers.
