Have stayed there a few times and will again. A very good budget hotel. But it is budget and there are no private pools. The courtyards are pleasant, but small and each one is shared by two "villas". The ground floor "superior" villa has a small kitchenette. The upstairs "standard" villa is the same, but no kitchenette. The std villa is well worth the small extra over the std room.
We like the std villa, because we don't want to cook and being upstairs, there is a little private balcony for sitting out. But they are villas in name only. Basically, just a large spacious room with bed, fridge, TV and aircon and a large en-suite.
But peaceful, friendly [staff and guests] and very good value.
