Not having a go at Bob's post, but I agree wholeheartedly with what you say.
I lost my money...and had to pay again with Garuda. What galled me was that the Balinese were of the belief that all people were refunded their money. I stared in disbelief when they told me that he did an interview on Indo TV stating that.
