I have had a food business, husband is a chef and also we have done and passed food safe and read just recently a book on eating and travelling writtebn by a doctor etc.
The most important thing to do is to not eat reheated food anywhere.
You must only eat fresh cooked food and piping hot.
You need to eat at little warungs or restaurants that cook fresh and if need be watch them.Do not eat buffets.
Most Importantly for this is the rice and chicken.
If food is piping hot and fresh you can eat anywhere and germs will be killed.
With pregnancy these days to save on miscarriage and stillirths etc they insist on this in Australia and again the same rules apply.
Enjoy your holiday...and i am sure if you offered the little warungs a bit extra they would cook fresh for you if they don't normally.
Another tip is to eat more vegetarian dishes.
Cheers
