i am told by a friend that the diving is very good in tulumban? can anyone give me some info on it. like who do dive with,cost, currents, vis, and all the normal diving stuff. i have been to bali 8 times and never dive there yet, i have been certified for 18years ,so that is not a prob, just want good guide, good equiptment and such. thanks in advance.
