We flew Garuda July 2005. Will do so agin this July. Last year I also asked about upgrading to Business/First Class was advised then that in would not be cost effective, as it was only a 6 hour flight from Adelaide. Extra cost was about $300 AUD per person. On the flight I could not discern any difference.
