My hubby had his leg sleeved in last week at a place called Sixty-nine Tat.2 Studio. It is across the road from Fourteen Roses Hotel on Legian Street. Their address is Beer Garden Restaurant, Legian Street, No. 123, Kuta. It is upstairs at the back of the restaurant in a studio. We were really happy with their work, hygene and they were great guys to chat to.
