my two sons got tattoo's at mr dolphin at kuta square last year in sept. both boys were happy with their tattoo. we are going back this year & both are planning on getting another one - probably at the same place. i did see another clean looking tattoo shop in legian st, not sure of the name but it was turn left from the main shopping district & on the right hand side just a bit along. i'd just have a look around & talk to a few people in your resort who have tattoo's, we found lots of people in our resort had them done whilst in bali & lots of recomendations.
