We booked Kumala Pantai with Travel Agent last year. We later found that we could stay longer in Bali and I emailed KP three times asking if they could extend booking by 1 week, no answer to my emails so we finally booked another hotel in Sanur.
We stayed at Kumala pantai for a week and on the morning we checked out we were asked by Desi why we were checking out as they had us booked for another week, I explained no answer to my emails so booked another hotel, she said that they had confirmed by email, don't know when they did this as in the months after I requested the booking I never heard a thing from them.
I felt really bad but it wasn't my fault, obviously they have some sort of a communication problem. So sorry that this has happened, maybe you could try ringing again and talk to Desi, if you haven't already I think she's the reservations manager.
