Candi Dasa is alway's quite at the best of times. We have been there around ten times now and alway's find it great. I have never felt uncomfortable in the least in or around Candi Dasa. The people there just do not bother you anywhere near as much as Kuta/Legian. If anything as this is a very quite place you might just relax so much you might not want to leave it.
