Ricky's parabola intrudes over our property which isn't really on, and he has a sign which sticks out over a public road at just above car height.
Apart from the fact that a delivery vehicle will take it out pretty soon it's far too low and a definite menace for passing All Blacks.
Hope it was just that they were in a rush to get things open and plan to address these things soon.
Apart from that it's an asset to the neighbourhood.
