I changed hotels in May. I lasted around 3 hours as it wasn't what I expected. I contacted the ground representative for the wholesaler (I think it was Tour East?. They were very helpful and arranged my transfer to the hotel I was supposed to go to 8 days later instead if 3 hours. I had handed in my travel vouchers to the hotel. It was an expensive exercise but Tour East organised it all for me. I don't know if your ground operator would get the cheap price the Dynasty offers for the 10 day leadin. I am staying at the Febris in June. Did you get the latest 2 for 1 offer for the Febris through Garuda Orient Holidays? If so, your transfer would be more expensive.
