I don't think it would work. You would have to contact Satriavi Tours, Garudas ground operator, and it would be up to them to organise the transfer. At the Febris you are only paying for half the nights but at the Dynasty you are paying for every night. There may be a penalty to pay to the Febris. The Febris webiste looks OK and it is only 5 nights. When I checked out I was to be there for 8 nights and I was on my own which made a difference.
