ring travel agent and they will give you a contact in bali we did this 18 months ago as we got to the hotel and i hated everything about it so we changed hotels midway through our stay but i would sugget you try the hotel you have picked as it may be very nice and the staff and service may very well be great there for not reason to change hotels.
