no a women rang us at the hotel and told us which hotels we could choose from so we got in a cap and went to look at them and spent time there then rang her back she arranged everything at both hotels we paid her the extra money and then the hotel just transfered us to the other everything was the same. we got picked up at the new hotel and taken to the airport ect. had no trouble at all it cost about $100 dollars but we upgraded to a suite when we moved hotels.
