especially on the way home! If they can offer a cheaper flights only deal I will be in it. Only problem is that it will probably still cost the same number of FF points with a lower level of service. Those points are quickly becoming worthless. My FF return flight on Sunday is costing $340 in taxes and charges!
I do have a gribe with Jetstar when I flew with them on a domestic flight and that is the cattle race mentality of first on board gets best seats. Problem with that is if you are boarding a full plane you may end up at the other end of the plane from your companion(s)due to the "random" nature of self- allocated seats.
