Irish Passport holders use to require a visa before entering in Indonesia. This has now changed and they can get a VOA.I have attached the link for Indonesian Consulate in Perth and they have they Ireland is part of the VOA scheme. Hope this helps. I find that the WA Indonesian Consulate website is one of the better ones to navigate around and get info.
