I just thought I would let you know that my friend has still had no luck getting any assistance for Westpac. They have stated to her that Westpac Gold Mastercard does not cover her with the situation of Air Paradise. Also that she can not claim this as service paid for and not received. She even thought she would just ask for a claim form for a chargeback and they told her that there is no such form.
She is not having any luck at all with this matter.
