Bali Ayu Hotel wants c/c information

before they will confirm my booking they are asking for one night's payment as a deposit. Has anyone pre- booked directly with them and not been asked for a deposit or have you sent the following information which they are requesting?
"Appreciate one night deposit you can do either by credit card an SOF ( Signature On File )
only accept Master or visa card + 3% additional charge payment by credit card .
Please send your details via email or our fac number 62.361.731 264 , with the following ;
1. Credit Card : Name , Number , Validity
2. Pasport Number
3. Signature
4. Statement : Allow to charge some amount for deposit "
