Beach Massge dangers

One of my friends mentioned that you stand a high probability of contracting Gonorrhea from the girls who do the beach massages.. is it possible to contract a venerial disease via massage ?? Should i ask the massage girls to wear condoms on each finger???.. this could of course inflate the price of a massage to 10 x extra large ribbed rubber implements which may well be out of my rice range
