I have ever seen one was in Java - at first I thought it was a piece of alfoil caught in a spider web - then my friend caught it and let it fly outside - typical aussie tourist, I was absolutely amazed, so pretty flying off into the night. My friend told me as a child he used to catch them and put them in a glass container and use it as a lamp.
