Nope, we didn't get to see fireflies all three nights in Ubud....
I had droved from KL to Kuala Selangor for Fireflies last year as well, the fireflies lives in the swampy area beside the river. You need to take a small boat, and the boatman will roll the boat near to these plant grow beside the swampy area, tiny light flicker and just like the lighting on christmas tree....beautiful !
