Luxury in bali

I have promised my man a luxioury holiday ( hopefully with a bath or spa in the room, a swim up bar, on the beach or in the mountains? not too sure.... BUT IT HAS TO BE BALI .. he wants Tahiti - I need Bali...

I want fabulous staff and an experience to remember.

He wants luxuary and alcohol and i want ppl, elephants, monkeys, possibly a massage, shopping will happen but not realy high on the priority list (Until i get there and change my mind....lol)

Please I need some ideas..................
