waiting for my missus to wake up,so thought i,d give some views of our trip up to now.
arrived 4 days ago,2 warm days,2 windy & wet.
obviously quieter than last april,but lot of indo & europeans around so makes a bit of atmosphere,plenty of russians too.
bali garden on this forums reccomendation is great,no padma but a saving of $i,ooo makes it worthwhile.
they are all doing it hard but still smiling,noticed stock hasn,t changed much on stalls since last year.
bread talk brilliant,bread & butter puddings for 12,000rp amazing.
coffee canyon out back of centro great & cheap too,food & drinks.
batan waru facing waterbom,worst meal ever in bali,in all our visits,fish was off,but it could have been a bad night as im sure others have ate well there.
security is everywhere,guns & dog at ku de ta.makes you feel a bit more secure i suppose if you are the type to worry.
havent really noticed a price hike in most things,still same.
maccorroni pizzas still the best on legian st facing memorial.
thanks to all who reccomended bali garden,it aint flash but it does the job,especially having that extra cash,cheers.....
