Glad you got your money back. I recently paid for air tickets to Rarotonga online with Air New Zealand and they swiped two payments of $1900 from out credit card effecting the balance. I kept an eye on it (in a very paranoid way) After 7 days the ghost $1900 'fell off' just as the bank said it would. This is the second time it has happened to us... Qantas Holidays did it too.
