to my question then is no its been over 10 years since you have been to Bali so you have no personal up to date knowledge of Bali other than what you read in goverment warnings written by some one else who does not come to Bali either.
Bali has changed so much in the last 5 years and continue's to change perhaps it would do you good to come and see for yourself
