you are a level headed (but may I say, somewhat good oldfashioned gentleman). I however disagree on one point, I think that people are more accepting of an older man with a younger woman. Can I give for example, Peter_in_Perth (please Peter & Ketut forgive me), he has given a wonderful example of a man falling in love with a Balinese woman (be it right or wrong or whatever). Now do a search on every woman who has posted on meeting a wonderful Balinese/Indonesian man - everyone comes out of the woodwork to say he must be a Kuta Cowboy etc etc. I just say, consenting adults - so leave them alone. So many people think that the Balinese are such wonderful people, but the minute someone suggests they may be involved in a relationship with an Aussie, then everyone becomes cynical and thinks the Indonesian is after money. 33.3333% of Aussie relationships go wrong, yet why do a lot of people expect inter-racial relationships to be 100% successful? You and Emiko enjoy your wonderful partnership, and those who don't know what it is about should just stand back and watch!
