Although i like your idea i have to warn you not to send used clothes as cargo. Indonesian customs makes a lot of trouble as they say why you dont buy the goods in Indonesia instead sending the 2nd hand stuff. You can do it when you take it in your suitcase and bring it by yourself. As already mentioned there is a big need on school materials. Our foundation is helping orphanages and schools in Java and Bali. And the kids are really happy with writing books and pens and schoolbooks. In our project 8 kinds had to share 1 schoolbook. Now all 85 kids have a nice building, a library and all have there own schoolbooks. My message is just consider what to send.
