We stayed in one of the 2 recently built rooms in December. (I think the new ones are 202 and 204 on the ground floor and the ones above.) We looked at the Penthouse on the upper floor at the rear of the property but liked the "Superior" room just as well without the walkup. I'm guessing the Penthouse is what you are calling the presidential suite?
We like Kusnadi a lot. It's no 5 star resort but it has lovely grounds, reasonable rates, wonderful staff, relatively quiet location and is convenient for our purposes. We keep going back.
