I was in Bali in October/November and went to the Crown everyday even if it was just for a drink or two. Diane was more than helpful, being a Bali first timer everything was so new being in a new culture and all. The advice I got from Diane I used on many occasions, so if you get a chance drop in for a drink you won't regret it. Diane is usually there in the afternoon/evening.
