If you find a good tailor.... there are many to choose from, do a search on here, they will work with either a pattern if you supply one or can produce excellent garments from just a magazine clipping or sketched picture and a few instructions. We have had several items made over the years and can not believe the quality and acurracy to detail of the products when they return. They are just amazing.
If you want to take your own fabric no problem otherwise there are several places to go to buy while you are there. Many tailors have a selection of fabrics in stock as well.
