How odd are we talking about?
I've got some good ideas, but they may be a bit tooooo odd.
Seriously, though... Kuta's about as romantic as a pinball machine. Romance comes from within, of course, but if you're looking for a nice setting I'm thinking that a sunset picnic on the cliffs overlooking Tannah Lot would be pretty special.
If you're partner isn't moved by that, just kick 'em over the edge and find someone else.
