Are you talking about fishing around Bali? If you are going to Nusa Lembongan, I can suggest speaking to Captain Nemo (Whalla is his Balinese name) who has a great outrigger boat and can take you fishing. I caught a tuna and a nice coral fish on my last trip in September. My boyfriend caught a nice Jacket fish (leatherjacket). No lifejackets though, but you could ask him.
