hotel upgrade here of there ???

O.K what should I do? We are booked into a standard room at the MBR but reading all forum advise it seems these are the rooms without balconies so would like to change. Do I arrange it here thru my T.A or wait till we check in? Much appreciated. Thanks Rozanne
