Am I missing something in what you wrote above- both airlines will stop so I cannot see the difference.
Cathay Pacific - San fran - Hong Kong (stop)- Denpassar
Singapore Airlines - San Fran - Singapore (stop) - Denpasser.
Both will stop in their respective "hubs". So what is the difference other than maybe price and travel time? I know there are direct flights. Both are direct flights frm their hubs according to the schedules I checked?
