It's very easy. As soon as you walk out of the terminal, you turn right, and just about 15m along, you'll see a window selling taxi vouchers. They are a set price depending on where you're going. I think it costs approximately 30,000 rp to get to Legian.
Just pay, take your voucher from the attendant, and you will be directed where to go. Try not to let the porters grab your bags while you're at the window - they will try and demand a $5 AUD tip... Have fun!
