Arriving Bali tomorrow, can anyone tell me how difficult is it to get a metered taxi from the airport? Have always had a transfer from the airport before but decided I would rather pay less for a taxi and give the driver a decent tip. If I can't get a metered taxi how much should I expect to pay for other "transport!!" to the Melasti Beach Resort?
