I needed to book two nights a couple of weeks ago after I had used my 4 nights in the package. Because it was after the bombs, all the hotels were negotiable and were discounting their rates. Everyone has vacancies, so just walk into hotekls you like the look of, ask their rates and ask to see a room. Negotiate about breakfast inclyded and check it includes the taxes. The losari in Garlic Lane had a special for 2 night, with one dinner, plus breakfast ontwo days for 470,000Rp. They were prepared to give me a late checkout as a single for this price. I also got a very good price at the All Seasons Hotel in Legian, where I eventually stayed.
